    我国造纸工业发展到今天,造纸企业更青睐用较低的成本生产质量高、利润高的纸。因此,涂布纸行业进入了快速发展的时代,尤其是用于日用品的轻涂纸更受到企业的青睐。低定量涂布纸是指一类定量低、经过了涂布的优质印刷纸,通常含有一定比例的机械木浆,是含机械浆涂布纸中用于胶版印刷和凹版印刷最广泛的一种。低定量涂布纸以其定量低、不透明度高、印刷精美而广泛用于书刊杂志、目录插页和多种商业印刷品而走俏市场。
    本论文研究了生产低定量涂布纸原纸浆料的基本特性,旨在通过添加价格低廉的脱墨浆,从而降低原料成本,并摸索添加脱墨浆的最佳用量。实验分别研究了NBKP、APMP、CTMP、DIP四种浆料的打浆特性,随后进行了四种方案的配抄试验,得出生产LWC原纸的最佳配比为(1)NBKP:APMP:DIP = 30:30:40;(2)NBKP:CTMP:DIP = 40:30:30,随后在最佳配比的基础上又进行了优选打浆度的正交实验,实验结果表明:对于配比(1),得出NBKP为44 oSR、APMP为50oSR、DIP为80 oSR。重点是提高废纸脱墨浆的打浆度。手抄片试验测定指标结果如下所示:定量39.3g/m2,松厚度2.468cm3/g,裂断长3.956km,不透明度87.8%,光散射系数41.87m2/kg。对于配比(2),实验结果得出,NBKP为44 oSR、CTMP为50 oSR、DIP为80 oSR。手抄片测试结果为:定量43.8g/m2,松厚度2.940cm3/g,裂断长3.453km,不透明度88.8%,光散射系数39.41m2/kg。
    打浆过程改变了纤维的形态参数,因此打浆对纸张性能的影响,从某种意义上来说,取决于纤维的形态参数。通过对打浆过程中纤维的形态参数进行分析,从而预测纸浆以及纸张的性质。实验得出随着打浆的进行,纤维的长度、粗度、卷曲指数、扭结指数都有不同程度的降低。因此进一步分析了纤维的长度、粗度、卷曲指数、扭结指数等对纸张性能的影响。研究结果表明,对于同一种浆料而言,随着打浆进行,纤维的长度都在降低,但同时浆料的抗张强度却明显呈增加趋势;打浆可降低纤维的粗度,但是随着纤维粗度的降低,各种浆料的裂断长都在增加,不透明度和光散射系数都呈下降趋势;卷曲指数都随着打浆的进行而逐渐减小,同时手抄片的浆张强度(裂断长)也随着纤维卷曲指数的减小而逐渐提高;并且随着打浆的进行,扭结指数逐渐减小,打浆初期,减少明显,随后趋于缓慢,而纸张的裂断长增加。
    最后,加入了0.20%的AKD,1.8%的CS,0.03%的PAM,20%的碳酸钙,进行了最后的施胶加填,随后进行(1)、(2)号手抄片的抄造,同时对手抄片进行了检测,实验结果如下所示:(1)号施胶加填后,手抄片测试结果为:定量46.3g/m2,松厚度2.360cm3/g、裂断长3.360km、不透明度96.3%、光散射系数67.97m2/kg。(2)号施胶加填后,定量48.6g/m2,松厚度2.399cm3/g,裂断长3.213km,不透明度95.7%,光散射系数68.62m2/kg。

    With the development of paper industry, more and more attentions have been paid to produce high quality paper cost effectively. So coated paper enters the fast develop time, especially light weight coated paper (LWC). LWC is a kind of high grade printing paper with less basis weight and coated layer. Usually it contains a portion of mechanical pulp, and is widely used in offset printing and gravure printing.
    This paper mainly deals with LWC base stock properties applied for LWC, in order to make stocks cost effectively, DIP is added to raw stocks. Beating properties of NBKP, APMP, CTMP and DIP have been separately researched. Then carrying out four furnish handsheet making experiments, obtaining the best furnish are(1)NBKP:APMP:DIP = 30:30:40;(2)NBKP:CTMP:DIP = 40:30:30, then on the base of best furnish, doing the experiments of choosing beating degree, the results are as follows: for(1), NBKP 44 oSR、APMP 50oSR、DIP 80 oSR; basis weight is 39.3g/m2, bulk is 2.468cm3/g, breaking length is 3.956km, opacity is 87.8%, light scattering coefficient is 41.87m2/kg; for(2), NBKP is 44 oSR、CTMP is 50 oSR,DIP为 80oSR. Handsheet properties are as follows: basis weight is 43.8g/m2, bulk is 2.940cm3/g, breaking length is 3.453km, opacity is 88.8%, light scattering coefficient is 39.41m2/kg.
    Beating changes fiber morphology parameters, so the influence of beating on handsheet is determined by fiber morphology parameters. With beating, fiber length, coarseness, curl index and kink index are lowered by different degrees. Influence of fiber length, coarseness, curl index and kink index on handsheet properties has been researched. Results show, for the same stock, with beating, fiber is shorter, but breaking length increases; coarseness decreases, but breaking length increases, opacity and light scattering coefficient decreases; curl and kink decrease, but breaking length increases.
    Finally, sizing and filling experiments were done as following experimental conditions: adding 0.20% AKD, 1.8% CS, 0.03% PAM and 20% CaCO3, make handsheets (1), (2). The results show: (1) bulk is 2.360cm3/g, breaking length is 3.360km, opacity is 96.3%, light scattering coefficient is 67.97 m2/kg;(2)bulk is 2.399cm3/g, opacity is 95.7%, light scattering coefficient is 68.62m2/kg, breaking length is 3.213km.
