    本文是在当前业界创新的思潮中,在工业设计提出人性化设计的良好发展思想上,进一步探讨了人与产品之间所存在的关系,并提出如何研究用户的设计理论与实践应用。
    用户中心设计(User-centered Design)是基于用户界面的复杂难以操作而提出的计算机应用研究方法,而对于工业设计却是个新名词。将UCD的思想结合工业设计的实际应用,本文提出了在心理学基础上建立的工业设计中以用户为中心的设计思想理论体系。
    本文全新地提出了用户中心设计的理论,从心理学的角度考虑用户的需求,使产品体现易用与情感。从人的心理和社会特性出发,按照人的行为动机,建立科学的、系统的设计思想和设计过程,把工业设计重新定位为探索人与物的关系,从而设计出符合用户心理,并成为易用、赋有情感的产品。
    用户中心设计包含两个内容:易用性设计理论与情感化设计理论,提出易用与情感是产品设计中不可或缺的,并相互影响的两个方面。二者必须基于心理学的知识才能提取设计的元素。从认知、知觉观察用户在操作过程中的行为习性,应用到产品的造型中来;从用户的价值观念、情感寄托、文化诉求、审美情趣等方面考虑产品设计中的形态、色彩、材质等相关的因素。而这两个设计理论的应用,要在心理学的基础上调查用户,这个过程就是本文所提出的设计调查。设计调查也是在心理学应用的基础上,通过认知心理学、社会心理学、情绪心理学的知识对用户访谈、实验、问卷调查等获取可性的数据,建立用户模型,从而导入设计。
    最后,本文通过北京乾坤数码的MP3设计实例证实了基于心理学的用户中心设计理论的可行性。在基于效度与信度的评估体系下,使设计调查的数据具有了可靠性,从而成功地应用到了项目当中。

    During the trend of present innovative thoughts and the development of advancing ideas that humanized design brings forth in the field of industrial design, this article further studies the relationship between users and products and proves theories and applications of design practice how to research users.
On the basis of the complexity of User Interface and difficult to operate, User-centered Design, a computer application research method, is put forward. And it is a new term for Industrial Design. Combing theory of UCD and practice of ID, this article proves User-centered Design theory of Industrial Design based on Psychology.
    This article expounds the newly concept of User-centered Design. In psychological terms, products must embody usability and emotion, so it establishes scientific design ideas and systemic courses according to human behavioral motive from psychology and social characteristics. Sequentially, Product, which is easy to use and endowed with emotion, is refined exploring relationship between user and product.
    User-centered Design comprises of easy-used design and emotional design, which are indispensable and interaction in designing products. It is knowledge of psychology that design elements are acquired. User's behavior can be applied to plastic design through researching during operation from cognize and aesthesia, and thinking relative factors such as form, color, and material from user's values, emotion, culture, taste, etc. Moreover, to apply both of them must be based on Psychology, which is Design Investigate propounded in this article. Design Investigate based on the basis of Psychology application is a process visiting users, doing experiments and designing questionnaire on the knowledge of Cognize Psychology, Social Psychology and Emotion Psychology. And then, user models used in design come into being.
    Finally, this article brings up innovative User-centered Design based on Psychology and confirms its feasibility by Beijing Qiankun Digital MP3 Design Project. On results of the assessments systems of reliability and validity, the data of Design Investigate have reliability and is successfully applied to the project.
