    设施农业信息平台是指是以计算机技术为先导,以Internet为基础,快捷、准确地收集、整理、加工和传递国内外的设施农业信息,实现设施农业信息的资源共享,为农业部门管理科学化、办公自动化提供必要条件,为农民群众提供市场向导和设施农业技术的服务,为领导决策提供科学依据的农业设施信息系统。
    设施农业信息平台是设施农业信息化和现代化的基础性工程。本研究综合了农学、计算机科学等学科的基本理论与方法,通过广泛收集设施农业资源信息数据(农业技术数据、土壤数据、病虫害数据、农业市场信息等),并对于这些信息进行了标准化和规范化,建立了包括文字数据、图片数据、网络资源等在内的设施农业信息数据库,进一步构建了具备信息采集、查询、维护、显示、输出等设计功能的基于B/S结构的设施农业信息平台,有助于实现设施农业数据库的系统化、标准化。
    针对不同类型和形式的设施农业信息资源分别拟定了标准和规范。采用XML技术对不同的数据设计不同的XML文档,并设计了Schema文档来对相应的XML文档进行约束,方便了数据的共享和传播。
    根据设施农业生产的复杂性以及不同用户的需求,建立了设施农业数据库的基本框架,包含了五大类信息:农业资源信息、设施农业科技信息、社会经济信息、社会文化信息、系统信息。其中农业资源信息又分为:病虫害信息、土壤信息等;设施农业科技信息又分为:设施农业技术信息、实用技术信息、土肥技术信息等;社会经济信息又分为:农业市场动态、农产品价格信息、供应信息、需求信息等;社会文化信息又分为:农业法律法规信息、农业新闻、网络导航等;系统信息又分为:注册用户信息、网站公告信息、用户咨询信息、留言版信息。
    在系统工程思想的指导下,综合应用农学以及计算机科学等学科的基本理论与方法,通过广泛收集设施农业资源信息数据和因特网上的设施农业科技信息,并对这些信息进行标准化、规范化,建立了设施农业信息数据库,进一步通过系统研究各种信息平台的体系结构的特点,按照软件工程、模块化和构件化设计思想,使用网络计算机编程语言,构建了具备信息采集、查询、维护、输出等设计功能的基于B/S模式的设施农业信息平台。
    利用基于 B/S模式的信息系统安全保障技术,构建了系统的安全控制功能,为设施农业信息平台的安全运行提供了有力保障。

    The installation agricultural information platform is the installation agricultural information system based on Internet technology. By using the system, the installation agricultural information can be collected, arranged, transacted correctly and quickly, the installation agricultural information can be shared. The platform provides the essential conditions for making the management of agricultural department scientific and making office automation. The platform also provides the peasants the market information and the installation agricultural technology service, and provides the leaders the scientific basis for deciding.
    Development of installation agricultural information platform is the basic project of installation agricultural normalization and modernization. Based on synthesizing the theory and methodology of agronomy and computer science, the multimedia installation agricultural information database including literal data, photograph data and net resource data was developed by widely collecting ,and further standardizing and normalizing installation agricultural resource data(agricultural technology, soil data, plant diseases and insect pests data, agricultural market information). Furthermore the browser/server mode installation agricultural information platform with the functions of information collection, maintenance, display and query was developed. This research would help make the installation agricultural database systematic and standardized.
    First, to ensure the data unique and convenient for share purpose, the united criteria and norm were established among different types of installation agricultural resource data. By adopting the XML, the different XML document were designed for expressing the different types of data, and the XML Schema document was designed for restricting the corresponding XML document. It was convenient for data sharing and data spreading.
    The installation agricultural database frame was founded according to the complication of the installation agricultural production and the different need of the different types of users. The installation agricultural database includes five types of information as agricultural resource information, agricultural technology information, social economy information, social cultural information, system information. The agricultural resource information includes plant diseases and insect pests information, soil information. The installation agricultural technology information includes installation agricultural technology information, utilitarian technology information, soil and fertilizer information. The social economy information includes agricultural market information, the agricultural product price information, provision information, demanding information. The social cultural information includes agricultural law information, agricultural news information, internet navigation information. The system information includes user information, net bulletin information, consultation information, message information.
    Under the guidance of system engineering idea, and based on synthesizing the theory and methodology of agronomy and computer science, the multimedia installation agricultural information database was developed by widely colleting the installation agricultural resource information data and the internet information attached to installation agricultural and further standardizing and normalizing installation agricultural resource data. Furthermore, by deeply and systematically studying the characteristics of all kinds of the system structures of the installation agricultural information platform, and according to the design concept of software engineering, modularization and soft-component, the browser/server mode installation agricultural information platform with the functions of information collection, query, maintenance, output was developed by utilizing the net computer program language.
    By using the safe security technology of B/S mode based on information system, the function for safety control is established. This technique provides a forceful security for safety using the installation agricultural information platform.
