    面对新世纪产品竞争日益加剧的挑战,能够对新一代产品进行有效而快速的开发成为竞争中强有力的武器。概念设计的自动化技术是实现产品快速创新设计的基础。为此,在对TRIZ进化理论进行了深入研究探讨的基础上,归纳了9条技术进化模式,搜索总结了31条技术类进化路线及16条商业管理类进化路线,并以此为背景构建了计算机辅助创新设计系统的进化模块部分。利用计算机辅助创新系统的进化模块,分析研究了点胶机的演化过程,并依据进化路线指出点胶机进一步改进的方向。主要研究工作和结论如下:
(1)对TRIZ理论的研究
通过对TRIZ理论体系结构的探究,分析了TRIZ理论解决商业问题的可行性,并利用实例分析了TRIZ理论解决商业冲突的实际操作步骤和方法。对TRIZ理论和创新性思维原理解决问题的主要区别和结合方法进行了进一步的研究。
(2)对进化路线和进化模式的研究
进化模式是问题求解的搜索方向,但是随着TRIZ理论的不断发展,进化模式下的进化路线将会不断得到补充。为了能够快速准确的获得可产生具有实际意义概念解的进化路线,采用将技术的系统完整性定律与进化模式相结合,并在其结合处补充以合适的进化路线。设计者从问题出发,根据问题所在的子系统沿相应的进行模式,可得到具有启发意义的进化路线及其已有的工程实例。
(3)对技术成熟度的研究
技术成熟度曲线可用于预测目前产品在市场上所处的位置,对产品所应采取开发方向的策略具有重大的借鉴意义。但是,技术成熟度曲线和产品的成熟度曲线并不是重合的。工业设计的因素对产品成熟度的预测会起到很大影响。
(4)对理想解的研究
理想解是TRIZ理论中重要的概念,它不仅可以做为技术进化理论中的解决工具,还可以用于分析问题。研究了国际上对理想解的最新进展,利用其分析过程对阀球挡环的设计加工过程进行了改进,具有实际应用意义。
(5)进一步开发了基于TRIZ计算机辅助创新设计系统的进化模块
以TRIZ进化理论的研究成果为基础,以TRIZ进化理论解决问题的流程为思路,构建了进化模块。对问题进行初步分析,并选择了利用进化模块解决,可快速准确的得出具有启发意义的进化路线。本文以Delphi为开发工具,Microsoft Access为数据库管理器,按照上述的应用流程建立了软件系统的进化模块。最后,以点胶机的演化为实例,论述了该软件系统进化模块在工程上的实际应用。

    With the severe competition of products in the new century, effective and efficient development of new generation’s products is the mighty weapon in the competitive struggle. Conceptual design automation is the foundation of fast innovation methodology. Therefore, based on a thorough study on the theory of technology evolution in TRIZ, 9 patterns of technology evolution are summarized, 31 routes of technology and 16 routes of business & management are collected, and the evolution module part of computer-aid innovation design system is built based on them. The evolution process of Dispensing System is analyzed by the evolution module part of computer-aid innovation design system, and further improvements scheme is given. The mainly task and conclusion as follows:
(1)Researching on TRIZ
Feasibility of solving business questions by TRIZ is analyzed by researching of TRIZ architecture, and practical steps and methods of TRIZ solving business conflicts are analyzed by a practical example. Differences and methods of combination between TRIZ and the thinking principles of innovative are further studied.
(2)Researching on routes and patterns of evolution
Patterns of evolution are the searching paths for solving the problem, but evolution pattern routs will be continue added, with the development of TRIZ. In order to earn evolution routes which could make concept solutions fasting and accurate, law of technology systems completely and patterns of evolution are combination, and suitable evolution routes are added at their junctions. Designer could earn routes and their project examples which have instructive from the problem, base on evolution patterns which subsystems are followed.
(3)Researching on maturity of technology
Technology maturity curves could be used to predict the location of products in markets; it has great significance for the strategy choosing of the development of products. However, it has difference between the technology maturity curves and the product maturity curves. Industrial design factors play a significant impact for the prediction of the maturity of products.
(4)Researching on IFR
IFR is an important concept of TRIZ, which not only an instrument to solution in technical evolution, but also could be used to analyze. Through researching of latest developments in internationals, design and process of valve travel stop are improved by analytical process, which has the significance of practical application.
(5)Evolution module of computer aided innovation design system which base on TRIZ is further development.
Base on researching results of TRIZ technology evolution and the flow to solving problems, evolution module is built. Analyzing the problem preliminary, when the evolution module is chosen to solve the problem, instructive evolutionary routes could be earned fast and accurate by it. This paper use Delphi and Microsoft Access to design the module of the software system. Eventually, the evolution process of Dispensing System is used as example, practical application of the software system evolution module are discussed in engineering.
