    近代服饰虚拟博物馆是在信息时代背景下出现的一种宣传服饰文化的新模式，是以信息技术为载体对可移动藏品和不可移动藏品的各方面信息进行收藏、管理、展示和处理，并可以通过互联网为用户提供展示、教育和研究等各种服务，是中国近代服饰历史学、服装服饰展示设计、计算机科学、传播学以及博物馆学相结合的信息服务系统。目前中国已有一些实物服装博物馆，但是由于地域限制以及建立服饰实物博物馆的成本和操作限制，其藏品数量远远不能满足国内外服装设计者和研究者的需要。此外，作为服饰发展的悠久大国，许多的外国友人对我们国家服饰文化充满了向往，但是由于种种原因未能如愿，本文研究的意义就在于此，可以借助网络的先进技术将我国近代服饰文化得以全面的展示，对东西方服饰文化交流起到了促进作用。
本文主要采用理论研究和实践相结合的方法，坚持理论——方法——实际应用这个主线索来组织全文。以近代服装史学为指针，以史学理论为框架，将中国近百年的服装史发展采用比较、归纳、总结的方法，以信息技术为载体，将历史学科与现代科技相结合，采用更直观、简洁的方式在互联网上用网页的方式展示出来，扩大信息综合量及传递范围。本文主要工作如下：
1)较全面的总结了博物馆与服饰文化的关系，从基本状况、发展前景等方面说明了实体博物馆存在的问题，提出了建立近代服饰虚拟博物馆的迫切性和重要性。
2)全面介绍虚拟博物馆的基础理论，从博物馆信息化建设、基本特征、分类等方面说明了虚拟博物馆的发展前景以及本文的研究方法。
3)研究了服饰虚拟博物馆的陈列布局，对服饰虚拟博物馆建设状况、藏品的收集与归类、展示区域划分、基本陈列主题进行深入研究。根据近代服饰涉及内容丰富、藏品信息类型多的特点，提出了以时间为线索展示藏品信息来实现高效、快速、丰富的藏品信息化的作用。
4)提出了藏品信息采集技术研究，总结藏品信息采集和实现过程中的四个关键技术以及藏品扫描技术要求，提出适用于本文图片信息处理的方法，并对其过程进行了举例说明。
5)设计开发近代服饰虚拟博物馆网站系统。网站系统具有藏品添加与展示、藏品搜索、访问评论、留言交流、藏品上传、投票调查等功能模块。网站后台管理系统采用Asp开发，前台页面采用Fireworks和Photoshop进行效果图设计，然后以Dreamweaver为辅助工具编写静态页面代码。通过近代服饰虚拟博物馆系统的规划与开发，展示服饰虚拟博物馆研究的重要意义及美好前景。

    Virtual Museum of modern costume is a new style to publicity costume culture on the background of information age. It can collection, manage, display and dispose all the information of movable and immovable collection，and can provide display, education and research services for users on web. It was a information service system combined with Chinese modern costume history, modern costume exhibition design, computer science, communication studies and museology. China currently has some kind of costume museum, however, because the constraints of region, cost and management, the collection quantity can not meet the needs of costume designer and researcher. Besides, as a big country has long history of costume, many foreigners are interested in our costume culture, but they can not realize it because of many reasons. This thesis can realize it. We can display our modern costume culture all around with the advanced technique of web, promoted the east and west costumes cultural exchange.
    This thesis combined the theoretical study with practice, adhere to the theory - methods - the practical application of the line to organize the full text. The thesis made the modern costume history as guideline, the historiography as frame, in the way of contrast, induction and summary,  on the carrier of information technology, combined history with modern technology, use more intuitionist and more concise way to display information as web. The main components of this thesis are:
1) Summarized the relationship of museum and costume culture overall. Explain the problems of real museum in basic status and development perspectives. Find the importance and urgency of founding modern costume virtual museum.
2) Introduced the basic theory of virtual museum, introduced the development perspectives of virtual museum and the research way of this thesis.
3) Researched the display layout of costume virtual museum, deeply researched the actuality of virtual museum construction, collection and classify, regionalism of display and basic theme of display. Modern costume had rich connotation and many types, this thesis put forward the way to display collections that made time as guideline, to achieve efficient, fast, and abundant collections informatization.
4) Put forward the technical of collection information acquisition, summarized four key technologies in collection information acquisition and implementation process and the technical requirements of collection scan. Put forward the way of picture information processing, and introduce it with samples.
5) Design and development the modern costume virtual museum website. The website system had collections adding and displaying, searching, comment, guestbook system, information uploading, voting and investigation modules. The background management system was developed in ASP, the frontpage was designed in Fireworks and Photoshop, and written with Dreamweaver.  Embodied the importance and good future of costume virtual museum through plan and develop to the system of modern costume virtual museum.
