本文由碱式氯化铝和氧氯化锆为主要原料,分别以谷氨酸和十二烷基甜菜碱为配位基通过两步络合反应制备出两种铝-锆有机金属络合物偶联剂。并将此新型铝-锆有机金属络合物偶联剂应用于皮革染色中。合成的铝锆偶联剂带有阳离子性且呈水溶性,它能与阴离子染料发生较强的化学结合,而所含铝、锆离子又可与皮革纤维发生结合,在阴离子染料与皮革纤维之间形成“分子桥”作用,不但能起到增深和固色作用,而且铝、锆又可与皮革中的铬形成价键偶联,可防止染色中铬的游离,从而减小染色水质的污染。

This paper relates to zircoaluminate coupling agents for leather dyeing which were prepared with aluminum chlorhydroxide and zirconium oxyhalide as the main materials and glutamic acid and dodecyl betaine as organo functional group. These zircoaluminate coupling agents were water soluble and have cationic group, while use in leather dyeing process, they can play a “molecule bridge” role to combine anion dyestuff and leather fibers which increases the binding force between them. So these zircoaluminate coupling agents can have the color fixed function for leather dyeing process. Furthermore, the aluminum and zirconium ion complex the chromium ion in the leather, which avoid the dissociation of the chromium ion, accordingly decreases the pollution of the dyeing water.
