    面对激烈的市场竞争,产品的现代设计是提升竞争力的关键。国内外关于产品创新理论的研究现状及发展,为产品创新研究奠定了扎实的理论基础。但是我们还应该看到,一类解决创新问题依赖于某狭窄的有局限性的知识,在某专业领域内的创新,受专业知识和思维惯性的限制,创新性不强;另一类虽然应用一些设计理论进行了一定的研究,但是解决实际问题中的冲突经常采用折中的办法,而没有真正解决问题。本文就是试图解决这些存在的问题,提出跨行业的、对生产实际有实质帮助的创新解。
    本文以TRIZ理论为基础,对计算机辅助产品设计进行了研究,主要的研究工作和结论如下:
    1. 深度知识的挖掘。
    现有技术资源多数存储在以互联网为基础的计算机中,专利数据库也是如此,且以常规技术分类,分散在各专业领域中,无法直接用于产品创新设计理论。因此,确定具有可靠性高、新知识含量高的深度技术知识资源,从中挖掘各个技术领域可相互转换、相互使用的知识是一个难题。本文通过查阅国内外多学科的科技文献资料,在采用数据挖掘知识发现等智能信息处理技术基础上,再辅之于人工分析方法,从中提取深度知识,如:启发式原理和冲突解耦规则、技术进化、各种效应知识等。这也是本文研究支持数据库内容的核心部分。
    2. 深度知识的重组及应用机制的建立。
    以启发式原理的名称、原理应用形式、原理示意图构建发明原理数据库;按照原理应用实例、实例说明和实例图的形式,建立启发式原理实例应用数据库;按照进化路线分别创建工程类和管理类的进化数据库;从实现产品功能的角度,按照产品的状态,构建实体效应、液体效应、气体效应知识库。最终,构建出一个深度知识库的查询应用系统,并使其具有扩充更新功能,从而建立了动态知识库及应用系统。
    3.建立基于TRIZ的计算机辅助产品创新设计软件系统。
    以TRIZ理论研究问题的一般化流程为思路,先对问题进行初步分析,确定出产品拥有的资源、约束和最终理想解,然后根据产品的实际情况判断所应适用的工具(冲突、进化、效应),并合理应用这些工具产生新的解,最终判断是否达到预期目标,实现创新解的获得。本文以Delphi为开发工具,Microsoft Access为数据库管理器,按照上述的应用流程建立起了软件系统。最后,以螺栓法兰联接系统和供应链为实例,分别论述了该软件系统在工程类技术冲突和管理类技术冲突的应用;以牙刷为例说明了该软件在进化上的应用。

    In the market competition, to improve the products level is the key of upgrade strife. Domestic and overseas theories about product innovation have established strong the academic basis. But we should see that some researches depend on limited knowledge, some innovations limit in specialty and thinking inertial, they are not real innovations. Others have used some design theories, but in the actual examples, they often use tradeoff to solve conflict. The result is that the problem doesn’t solve. This paper tries to solve this question and bring forward innovative answer across industries.
    This paper is based on TRIZ, and do some research about computer aided product design. The mainly task and conclusion as follows:
    1. Dig the deep knowledge.
    Recently resources often save in computer based on internet, and patent database also like that. This data often classifies according to the specialty, and designers can’t use them directly. So obtain high reliability and new techniques which can make use of in different areas are a difficult problem. This paper has many researches about domestic and overseas patents, based on data mining and intelligent techniques and manual work complement. The result is that designer gets the deep knowledge. For example: heuristic principle, conflict rule, evolution knowledge, kinds of effect knowledge. This is also the hardcore of the database.
    2. Recombine deep knowledge and establish apply mechanism.
    According to heuristic principle name and principle apply format and principle sketch map, establishes heuristic principle database; according to apply example and example explain and example map, establishes example apply database; according to evolution ways to establish engineering and management evolution database; according to products state, from the angles of products function, establishes solid effect database and liquid effect database and gas effect database. Finally, we build a deep knowledge database query apply system, and this system also has the upgrade function.
    3. Establish computer aided product innovation design software system based on TRIZ.
    According to the problem solve flow based on TRIZ; firstly do primary analysis to the question, make sure of resources and constrains and Idea Final Resolution; then make judge use which tools(conflict or evolution or effect),and get the finally answer; Last, engineer decides if the anticipate goal comes true. This paper use Delphi and Microsoft Access to design software system. Eventually, use bolt-flange join and supply chain as example, discuss this system applies in engineering technique conflict and management technique conflict; use toothbrush as example apply in evolution.
